About Technology
The development of this technology began in 1972, when at the request of the Ministry of Defense of the USSR, a group of Russian scientists designed the first equipment, to produce a liquid capable of completely disinfect air, surfaces and water, all this in a very short time without damaging humans or any other living creature and without leaving any residue of harmful substances.
The genius of the creators of the ECA technology was such that led by Dr. Vitold Bakhir, designed a cell in which each micro-volume of liquid that passes through this, it contacts the electrodes and receives a shock of millions of volts (per centimeter) of intensity.
In general, the ECA technology consists in the electrical treatment of water or solutions in special defragmented cells. The genius of the creators of the ECA technology was such that led by Dr. Vitold Bakhir, designed a cell in which each micro-volume of liquid that passes through this, it contacts the electrodes and receives a shock of millions of volts (per centimeter) of intensity.
The water produced by ECA cells turns into a metastable state solution with characteristics such as high efficiency biocide and detergent with high solubility and extraction capacities among others that after being applied turns into plain water.
For more than 30 years the ECA technology has been subjected to extensive research and improvement, all this under the coordination of the World Institute for Electrochemical Systems and Technologies of Vitold Bakhir.
In order to achieve the above characteristics, the equipments that produce these SterilEZ and EZ Cleaner are equipped with flow through electrochemical module reactors known as FEM and all the ECA equipments have installed the FEM-3 cell reactors known as MB-11 which are the new generation of reactors cells that produce high efficiency activated water with low mineralization levels and as a consequence two distinct solutions are produced:
• Anolyte Solution – which is a disinfectant solutions of full spectrum.
• Catholyte Solution – which has detergent properties and acts as a very effective cleaning solution.
ECA technology as well as the Anolite (SterilEZ) and Catholyte (EZ Cleaner) solutions have been certified and approved by the EPA and the ECA technology has the approval of the FDA and USDA to be used in several industries.
